Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you; simply print it out and attach it to your return package.
Pack and Ship
Securely place the items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your returned curls care products, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 days.
